Create a bill of rights
Bill of rights are set up to protect people against the government. You should set up rules to protect people against the government. This can be done in bullet format and there should be at least 8 rules and you need to explain them. Example: People have the right to be out on public property including streets and parks as long as they are not breaking any laws or being loud.
